Mubarrad Holding is committed to adhering to Islamic Shari'a principles in all of its business activities. It manages its subsidiaries or takes part in the management of other companies, providing the necessary support. It also invests its funds in trading of shares, bonds and other securities, and owns real estate and movables that are necessary for its operations within the limits allowed by law. Additionally, it finances or lends to companies in which it owns shares, and guarantees loans to those companies, with the holding company's participation rate in the borrowing company's capital not being less than twenty percent. Finally, it acquires intellectual property rights from patents, trademarks, industrial models, franchises and other moral rights, exploiting and renting them out to its subsidiaries and other entities inside and outside the State of Kuwait.
