Kuwait Resorts Company was established on August 07, 2002 as a Kuwaiti Shareholding Closed Company, with a paid up capital of KWD 19 Million. Their mission is to invest mainly in the tourism sector, such as the creation and management of hotels, health clubs, motels and guest houses, rest houses, parks, gardens, galleries, restaurants and cafeterias, residential complexes, resorts and tourist facilities, health projects, recreational and sports shops, and providing services related to real estate activities. On July 21st, 2007, Kuwait Resort Company was listed on the Kuwait Stock Exchange and traded under Muntazahat.
