Since 1961, we have been the trusted design and consulting engineering firm for infrastructure and transportation projects across the State of Kuwait and further afield in the MENA region. SSH has formed strong working relationships with government departments, private sector clients and utility authorities.

SSH has extensive experience in carrying out all of the early project stages. These include pre-development studies, zoning and feasibility studies, master planning, and urban design.

We have led, or contributed to the planning of many of Kuwait’s most significant construction projects during the last five decades. For example, we were involved in the planning studies for the State of Kuwait Third Master Plan Review, development plans for Kuwait International Airport and master planning several new towns and a new university city.

SSH’s Construction Division comprises over 300 staff and currently supervises a portfolio of projects exceeding US $4B in value.

Our team works to reduce technical risks, prevent construction errors, control budgets and meet project deadlines.
