Review Disappointing online service

Ordered grocery online and paid for delivery amount. The time slot for two hours was arranged. No delivery and no communication. Contacted customer service. Word was given for now next two hours. Still nothing and no news. Again was told that very busy and it will be now ASAP which simply means NO time given.
