Review Dismayed

I have wrote 4 emails to the Consulate in the past 2/3 weeks asking for some advice and I have had no reply what so ever, I am quite dismayed and upset by this, we are due to travel to Marsa Alam in November and trying to get my husbands Visa sorted out (he dosnt hold a UK Passport) we have sent all that was asked including payment, but nothing not even acknowledgement of receipt...
Please can someone help...
