Mahmoud Shaalan began a firm to meet the needs of a developing country, was finally
transformed in 1986 to what we are today Al Mailam And Shaalan Company, which is now
one of the leading and most reputable Electrical Trading and Contracting companies in
Kuwait, with a Grade II – CTC classification.
