It all started in 1970, the year that marked our beginning. Abu Iyad, the founder of Canary, wanted to bring the Palestinian culinary experience to Kuwait. He also wanted to create a warm and cozy environment where family, friends and loved ones can indulge in fresh and authentic Palestinian food.
